If you’ve been craving that cozy, pumpkin-spice-everything vibe in your coffee but want control over what goes into it (and skip the weird additives), this homemade pumpkin-spice syrup is for you.
It’s easy, uses simple ingredients, and you can dribble it into your morning cup knowing exactly what’s in there. You get all the sweet warmth and fall feeling without compromising your whole food standards.
Why is this recipe different?
I toast the pumpkin before mixing everything to really bring out the pumpkin flavor. Pumpkin is pretty flavorless on its own straight from the can so toasting enhances the flavor without having to use artificial flavors.
