Ingredients

  • 3 cups chocolate chips choose paleo, vegan or keto chocolate chips according to your preference!
  • 1 can coconut milk 13.5 ounce can
  • 1/3 cup tahini or any nut butter or your choice!

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients chocolate chips, coconut milk and tahini in a sauce pan.
  • Turn the saucepan on LOW heat. Whisk constantly until it melts completely and everything is well combined. Be sure to stir constantly and keep it melting at low heat, you do not want burnt chocolate! Mine took about 5 minutes to melt completely. As soon as it is melted remove from heat.
  • Pour the melted mixture into a parchment lined 8 by 8 inch square baking dish. (You can use a wider dish, the fudge will just be thinner than pictured.)
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the dish , sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional, but highly recommend) and then place it in the freezer to harden for at least 2 hours. Once it hardens, slice and ENJOY!

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to one week.
These freeze perfectly for much longer. Just slice before freezing and take out whenever you want a sweet treat. Let thaw for a few minutes and enjoy!
