Paleo Buffalo Sauce

A 4 ingredient simple, sticky, sweet and spicy buffalo sauce

- 1/4 cup paleo compliant hot sauce I love Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 3 tablespoons refined coconut oil or ghee if not paleo/whole30 use butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan, bringing it to a simmer. Whisk constantly for a few minutes. Toss with chicken wings, breasts, or anything you want to have a buffalo flavor. ENJOY!
